What is it?
A fictional customer-health workspace for customer-success teams who need to know which accounts need attention, why they need it, and what to do next.
The redesign replaces a wall of equally weighted metrics with a clear hierarchy, focused trends, and an action-oriented activity feed.
My role
Product designer for the concept: framing the problem, defining the information hierarchy, and designing the overview and account investigation flows.
Worked across product, design, and engineering concerns to keep the interface decision-ready without adding more charts for their own sake.
Overview
The overview puts the health narrative first: score, trend, and a small attention queue. The highest-value signal is visible before the supporting metrics.
Account detail
Account detail connects health context to recent activity and a suggested next step, keeping investigation and action in one focused workspace.
Compressed hierarchy
The same hierarchy holds at a smaller scale: signal first, supporting detail second, and a clear path toward the next decision.
Reflection: data-dense products rarely need more visualization. They need stronger hierarchy, a coherent narrative, and a clear distinction between information to monitor and information that requires action.
